FETC 2025 Registration Policy

• - Onsite registration is not available for all types of participants. Registration is only accepted with online registration and payment. Please finish your registration and payment before the deadline.
• - The registration fees apply for a maximum of 7000 words only, including all figures, tables, references and appendix.
• - Co-author who wants to attend the conference is advised to register well in advance. Conference certificate is only offered to the main author who is in charge of paper presentation at the conference.
• - Payment must be paid in VND only.
• - Please upload the required documents to the online registration system or conference email box: FETC@fe.edu.vn to finish the registration:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cannot be cancelled and payment will not be refunded by any cases

Once receive a notification from FETC 2025 that the paper is accepted, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill online registration form for each paper (Only applied for ONE author only)

Step 2: Pay registration fee

Once finish online registration, please pay the registration fee via bank transfer by September 15th, 2025

FETC 2025 – PaperID1_PaperID2_PaperIDn – Full name of the author – Type – Region

Example: Author Van A Nguyen pays for 02 accepted papers with IDs: 1234 and 5678 will conduct payment transfer with the following content:

FETC 2025 – 1234_5678 – Van A Nguyen – Regular – Vietnam

Step 3: Prepare the camera-ready package and the scanned copyright then send it to the organizer’s email address: fetc@fe.edu.vn (an email for each accepted paper) as follows: [FETC 2025] - Paper ID – Camera-ready and Copyrights
