FCLE 2024 REGISTRATION POLICY

• • Onsite registration is not available for all types of participants. Registration is only accepted with online registration and payment. Please finish your registration and payment before the deadline.
• • The registration fees applicable for the full paper within 7,000 words in length, excluding references and any appendices.
• • Co-author who wants to attend the conference is advised to register well in advance. Conference certificate is only offered to the main author who is in charge of paper presentation at the conference.
• • Payment can be paid in either VND or USD.
• • Please upload the required documents to the online registration system or conference email box: fcle@fe.edu.vn to finish the registration:
• + Full paper
• + Presentation slides
• + Payment proof
• + Registration Form
• + Copyright form
• + Student ID Card (only applies to student participants)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration cannot be canceled, and payment will not be refunded in any case.

Once receive a notification from FCLE 2024 that the paper is accepted, please follow the steps below:

* Step 1: Fill necessary forms for each paper

* Step 2: Pay registration fee

Once finish online registration, please pay the registration fee via our payment system.

Please STRICTLY follow the following formula:

For Author	FCLE 2024 – PaperID1_PaperID2_PaperIDN – Full name of the author – Type – Region Example: Author Van A Nguyen pays for 2 accepted papers with IDs: FCLE 001 and 002 will conduct payment transfer with the following content: FCLE 2024 – 001_002 – Van A Nguyen – Regular – Vietnam
For Listener	FCLE 2024 – Listener – Full name of the listener – Region FCLE – Listener – Michael Jackson – International
