2023 4th FPT Education Conference on Business, Economics and Management (FCBEM 2023) is organized to provide an
interactive forum for academia, professors, researchers, scientists, lecturers, and students to share and exchange new
knowledge, innovations and discuss past experiences and research findings with other participants. The conference
welcomes participants in the region as well as those from different parts of the world who pay interest in doing
research in business, economics and management, and related topics. FCBEM 2023 also aims to promote research
