Preliminary Round AGENDA:

Some important Notice:
- Join the MS Teams (already shown in the agenda) before the official day to test your camera, mic, and other functions before the official start of the contest;
- Every contestant must turn on their camera and mic for the presentation. If you could not turn on your camera, you will be assumed absent and withdraw from the contest;
- Get ready and join the MS Teams at least 15 minutes before your presentation time to avoid any unexpected technical issues;
- If research team cannot show up within 03 minutes, that team will be disqualified from the contest;
- Send email to ResFes 2026 at least 03 days before the Preliminary Round if you could not attend or withdraw from the contest, or report any problems for immediate support;
- Dress formally (no tank top, shorts, etc.) to have a professional look before the judges;
- Presentation time: 10 mins presentation + 10 mins Q&A (20 minutes in total);
- Language use: English only (for presentation and Q&A session).
