1. Full Paper Templates: 
Teams may choose to use either the Word or LaTeX template:

2. Citation and Reference Style Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	IEEE citation and reference style: Required for teams in the IT sub-committee.
	</li>
	<li>
	APA citation and reference style: Required for teams in the BA, MC, LIN, and DAD sub-committees.
	</li>
</ul>

3. Full Paper Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Use the appropriate citation and reference style corresponding to your registered sub-committee.
	</li>
	<li>
	Language: English
	</li>
	<li>
	Format: A4 paper size, single column, Times New Roman font, size 11
	</li>
	<li>
	Length: Maximum of 20 pages (excluding references and appendices)
	</li>
	<li>
	Abstract: No more than 300 words
	</li>
	<li>
	Turnitin Similarity Index: Must not exceed 25%. Papers exceeding this threshold will be disqualified from the Final Round.
	</li>
	<li>
	The content of the submitted paper should align with the content presented in the slides. Teams are not allowed to change the content of their presentation slides after submitting the full paper.
	</li>
</ul>

Note on Turnitin Filtering: 
A specific filter setting will be applied by the Organizing Committee to assess all papers. Self-checked Turnitin reports submitted by teams will not be accepted unless the correct filter formula is used.

4. Submission Method: 
Submit your full paper via the CMT system.

5. Product Demonstration: 
If a completed product/prototype is available, teams are expected to demo directly to the judging panel during the Final Round.
