[ResFes 2025] Final Round Submission Guidelines

<p><strong>1. Citation and Reference Style Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>IEEE</strong> citation and reference style: Required for teams in the <strong>IT</strong> sub-committee.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>APA</strong> citation and reference style: Required for teams in the <strong>BA, MC, LIN, and DAD</strong> sub-committees.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Full Paper Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Use the appropriate citation and reference style corresponding to your registered sub-committee.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Language:</strong> English</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Format:</strong> A4 paper size, single column, Times New Roman font, size 11</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Length:</strong> Maximum of 20 pages (excluding references and appendices)</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> No more than 300 words</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Turnitin Similarity Index:</strong> Must not exceed 25%. Papers exceeding this threshold will be disqualified from the Final Round.</p> </li> <li> <p>The content of the submitted paper should align with the content presented in the slides. <strong>Teams are not allowed to change the content of their presentation slides after submitting the full paper.</strong></p> </li> </ul> <blockquote> <p><strong>Note on Turnitin Filtering:</strong><br /> A specific filter setting will be applied by the Organizing Committee to assess all papers.
